This new solo venture as Chrysanths brings us an album of reflective, bucolic, down-tempo piano songs, with soaring string orchestra, synths and drums. Scott’s style is nostalgic, cool and poetic, and she has been described simultaneously as out of her time, and timeless. Initially written as a solo piano project, and then expanded to its full orchestral potential, this has classic songwriting at its core.
