Chorus of Doubt by Broken Chanter has been announced as one of the Longlist of 20 Albums for this year’s Scottish Album of the Year Award. Whittled down from 370 eligible albums, we are we are very very proud and over the moon for David MacGregor. Reflecting upon the news, David said “It is a lovely and flattering thing indeed to be included, especially considering the sheer volume of accomplished and unique, eligible albums this year. I’d like to extend a colossal thanks to everyone who has supported, and given love and space to, this record during its short life so far.  Much love to Chemikal Underground, Paul Savage, Charlotte Printer, Bart Owl, Martin Johnston, Melanie Dutton, and Gav Prentice, without whom it would sound very different indeed (worse).” What a sook

Broken Chanter are heading out for some live dates including as support to Arab Strap.
