Holy Mountain Receive BPI/UKTI Helping Hand

Holy Mountain and Chemikal Underground are delighted to be receiving marketing support from the BPI and UKTI‘s excellent ‘Music Export Growth Scheme‘. At a time when label’s like Chemikal Underground inevitably struggle to invest in overseas marketing, the MEGS will be helping us channel resources into our strongest European territory, Germany, in support of ‘Ancient Astronauts‘. Working with our long-time German partners Rough Trade, we’ll be pushing Holy Mountain’s thunderous new album into every German nook and cranny we can find.

Ancient Astronauts‘ will be released on April 7th in the UK and Europe, but in the meantime our German, Dutch and English friends can catch their far from retiring live show very soon: check the dates on the right hand side of the page for details.

Available on CD, LP & digital download, the deluxe vinyl package comes in the form of that mouthwatering rock staple, the gatefold sleeve. It’ll also be in 180gsm vinyl and includes, as always the CD, ensuring your portable digital kicks are satisfied. It’s limited mind, so you’ll have to be quick to get your hands on this one…

As far as the Music Export Growth Scheme is concerned, there’s another funding round taking place in Spring 2014. It takes a very progressive approach towards offering practical, financial assistance to independent labels selling overseas and we’d encourage any of our fellow labels out there to consider applying if you’ve got campaigns coming in the second half of this year. A great initiative that deserves to be championed and promoted.
